STANDARD BUSINESS TERMS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
I. STANDARD BUSINESS TERMS
Deliveries, services, offers and sales are made exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions.
These are part of all concluded contracts. Terms and conditions contradicting this or deviating counter-confirmations are only recognized if they are expressly confirmed in writing by the seller.
2. Offers, delivery times, prices
a) In the case of Internet auctions against the highest bid, the contract is automatically concluded with the highest bidder at the end of the campaign.
The general terms and conditions of Ebay or other Internet auction providers apply in addition to these general terms and conditions.
b) Delivery times are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed by us in writing.
c) All prices are in EURO including the applicable value added tax of currently 19%.
Packaging and shipping costs, which are stated on the offer page, are borne by the customer in addition to the sales price.
3. Delivery and delivery times
We endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible; the goods ordered are sent by post within 24 hours of receipt of the payment.
If the delivery and service delays occur due to force majeure and due to events that make delivery significantly more difficult or impossible, such as strikes, operational disruptions, official orders, material procurement difficulties, the deadline will be extended appropriately.
If the delivery does not take place within the period for other reasons, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Should there be a delivery delay, we will notify you by email.
4. Payment, due date, default.
The purchase price is due immediately as soon as the customer receives a confirmation email from the seller stating the bank details.
The customer can pay the purchase price in advance, cash on delivery and PayPal.
As far as you are a consumer, it is regulated by law that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold during shipment is only transferred to you when the goods are handed over, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured.
6. Warranty and Guarantee
In addition, the statutory warranty period of 24 months from the date of delivery applies to all orders for new goods.
For used articles, a warranty period of one year, calculated from the date of delivery, is agreed.
7. Transport damage / complaints
Transport damage and all complaints should be reported in writing (in writing, by letter or e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of the goods in order to give the seller the opportunity to report transport damage in particular to the carrier in good time.
Should any external damage be evident upon delivery, please refuse acceptance. If you fail to do so, this has no effect on your statutory warranty claims. In the case of later returns, the buyer must bear the return costs incurred.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will reimburse the costs actually incurred (postage / shipping costs).
8. Right of withdrawal

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (www.teutonic-metal-shop.de). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

10. Retention of title
We reserve the title to the goods delivered by us until we have received payment of the purchase price.
11. Data backup
We want to strengthen your trust in online trading. Your personal data, which are transmitted when you place an order, will of course be treated confidentially.
In particular, data protection requirements, in particular the requirements of the Teleservices Act, are observed.
Without your express consent, your data will only be used to process your order. Any further use or distribution without your consent is excluded.
12 Contract text storage online shop
The seller does not save the contract text after the contract is concluded and the seller does not make the contract text available to the customer himself.
After the conclusion of the contract, the customer receives an order confirmation with all details to the e-mail address you provided, in which you will again be informed of all the essential data of your order, our terms and conditions and your cancellation policy. You have the option of printing out both the general terms and conditions and your order with all the data entered during the ordering process. The print function of your browser also gives you the option of printing out the text of the contract. You can also save the contract text by clicking the right mouse button to save the Internet address on your computer. After completing the order processing, the contract text is no longer accessible.
13. Final provisions
The relationships between the buyer and us are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, also in the case of legal relationships with foreign buyers.
Should one or more of the above conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
